Outlook Stuck Using Basic Authentication

Sometimes Outlook can get stuck using basic authentication. One effect of this is it constantly asked for the user to enter their password. The fix is simple....

1. Close outlook

2. Delete folder in reg edit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

3. Reopen outlook
